About Renee Weston

Renee Weston joined the Selling South of Boston Team in 2018 as Director of Operations, overseeing the responsibilities of four key roles: Administrative Manager, Listing Manager, Transaction Coordinator, and Marketing Director. Her leadership, organization, and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in the team's continued growth and success. 

In 2019, Renee expanded her role by becoming a licensed Realtor®, bringing an even greater level of expertise, attention to detail and client support to the team. Her unique combination of operational knowledge and real estate experience has been a valuable asset in assisting the Selling South of Boston Team to maintain its position as a top-performing team in the office. 

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Renee built a successful career spanning more than 20 years in sales, administration, marketing, and client service. She is passionate about creating exceptional client experiences and building lasting relationships, which has led to a strong reputation for professionalism, trust, and client retention. 

A lifelong South Shore resident, Renee currently resides in Carver, Ma, with her husband, Steve, of 29 years. Together they raised their family and are proud parents of, Kassi, Mitchell, and daughter-in-law Brianna, and dog mom to Milo. They are beyond excited to welcome their first grandson, Parker, into the family. Family is at the heart of everything she does; she cherishes every opportunity to spend time with her growing family. She enjoys home décor and spending time at the beach.  Her faith in Christ is at the center of her life, guiding her values, relationships and commitment to serving others with integrity, compassion and gratitude. Her dedication to helping others enrich their lives through homeownership is what drives her both personally and professionally.
